Sandboxie 3.74 on Windows 7 64-bit, Experimental Protection On

Whenever I start my computer, I get these messages in a Sandboxie window:

SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-XXX

The SID is mine; I'm the only user on the computer. It's a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 520; I believe the Thinkpad Synaptics Drivers might be the problem. Is there a way I can force Sandboxie to recheck software compatibility? How can I diagnose the problem?

Sorry I posted in the wrong forum; I didn't realize I wasn't in Problem Reports.

Not getting the accompanying error SBIE2209 suggests that you may have just the Sandboxie driver loaded, but not the Sandboxie service.

Best first step would probably be see if a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sandboxie fixes this problem.
