prevent user from removing any app which is forced

Hi,
How can I prevent any user from removing any program from "Forced program", if the user wants to remove any forced program then there should a prompt to provide admin credentials, and currently it is not asking for admin credentials when removing any forced program.
Please let me know.

Navigate to Configure>Lock configuration, look at setting at the bottom.

Thanks, configuring the setting "ForceDisableAdminOnly=yes" has worked,
I have another question, how can we prevent the users from removing the sandbox, need to hide/disable the context menu option "remove sandbox", it should be available for admins only.
