Using Sandboxie & virtual PC on the same XP Machine

Hi everyone,

I am considering installing Microsofts "Virtual PC 2004" since it's free now. Can I use Sandboxie and Virtual PC 2004 on the same machine ? Does it matter which of the two programs I install first ? I'm running XP media center addition, version 2002 SP2

I have been using Sandboxie to add a little more security to online browsing. So far, it's working fine with Firefox.

Can I just delete the folders or programs downloaded to sandboxie with my normal secure delete program, i.e, eraser http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/ ? I doubt that Sandboxie erases the files in a secure manner by itself. I tried using eraser on some files I downloaded to Sandboxie & it "seemed" to work. Is there a specific procedure I should follow, or should I just delete whatever file or folder I want to delete within Sandboxie with the secure eraser program ?

I have VPC from M$ and also the VMServer from VMWare installed and absolutly no problems with SB.
