Sandboxie and Solid Converter

I use Solid Converter v8 on Windows 8 (64-bit).
Solid Converter adds a virtual printer Solid PDF Creator to the system, which allows you to create a PDF file from any application.
If I print with Solid PDF Creator in Firefox 21 sandboxed (Sandboxie 4) is Solid PDF Creator crashes.
If I print with Solid PDF Creator in Firefox 21 sandboxed (Sandboxie 3) the Solid PDF Creator works perfectly!
Please solve this problem in Sandboxie 4

I don't know this software so I am going to need exact instructions. Where do I get it, how do I use it.
And did you try with the latest version 4.01.11 ?

I have installed the latest version 4.01.11.
The program does not work with any version Sandboxie 4.
Program website:

Log Sandboxie:

You didn't say the program crashes on start up -- you said it crashes when you do something specific with it. So, I have to know what to do, so I can trigger the crash.

For example:
I run Firefox (or another program) in the sandbox and I want to "print" page (create a PDF file from the content of this page).
Firefox -> Print (Printer Solid PDF Creator) -> OK
When creating a PDF, program Solid Converter crashes.
Log Windows
snipped. --tzuk

I had somewhat different results on my XP VirtualBox install.
The SolidConverterPDF program did not crash, and was successful in printing the .PDF from sandboxed Firefox.
However, sandboxed Firefox was shutdown each time that I printed, for unknown reasons.

I tried this on 64-bit Windows 7 (but not Windows 8 or XP) and I could reproduce a crash during printing so I assume it is the same crash.
I fixed it by adding compatibility settings for SolidConverterPDF, which would be offered to you automatically on upgrade to version 4.10.12.
Please note that the PDF viewer part of Solid Converter seems to hang under Sandboxie, so I added a setting to block it from running under Sandboxie. You'll get an error that Sandboxie is canceling some process, you can safely hide it and ignore it. (I.e. just click the HIDE button when the message appears the first time.)

Thank you.
All works perfectly!
Sandboxie does not display any messages.
Perhaps because the created PDF file is opened in Adobe Reader (my default PDF viewer).
