Digital certificates go through Sandboxie? [SOLVED]

Hi,

do digital certificate installations and removal go right through Sandboxie? I find it really weird.

I have Sandboxie with forced Firefox (acces is allowed only to phishing database, nothing else) on my office computer. I am able to install or remove a digital certificate (.pfx) in Firefox, even if it's sandboxed. It's set to always delete the sandbox contents. If i close sandboxed Firefox or terminate it, the changes stay.

Windows 10 Pro x64, Sandboxie 5.20 - paid version.

What is the deal with that?

Thank you.

Thank you, Barb.

So, the certificates are saved in the Firefox phishing database? If I'd disable direct acces to the FF phishing database, the installed certificate would get removed when I'd empty the sandbox?

I'd try it myself but won't be at work till monday.

Again, thanx.

To answer my own question, yes, it's as it says in the linked thread. Tested it today and Sandboxie changes certificate stuff only if there's access to the Firefox phishing database. Thanx! :)
