SBIE2205 Service not implemented: Win32Init.6 (000000AA)

SBIE 4.16 working normal before Norton Upgrade v21 to v22 on Vista 32bit

Does SBIE2205 mean my SBIE install is hosed or is SBIE2205 a compatibility issue with Norton Security v22.2

SBIE2205 message started upon open Firefox 37.0.1 default box after Norton Upgrade. I'm not able to open FF sandbox'd.
I can open IE sandbox'd. What does that mean ? Please

The message spawns more of the same. Have to end message via TM

SBIE Control does not populate to system tray as before....some thing threw a wheel
