Problem with Kaspersky URL advice

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 + Firefox 28.0 + Sandboxie V 4.9.2 64 bit.

If I start Firefox without sandboxed web browser, Kaspersky's URL adviser works correctly. However, if I start Firefox sandboxed, the Kaspersky URL icons show on the web page but don't operate (nothing happens). The problem happens in version 4.8 as well.
Help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Outside sandbox, a google search shows green Ks on some links, tagged by the KIS Url Advisor. I tried to get this work by playing around with Resource Access Monitor to no avail. Inspecting the element in Firefox on the green K, looks like it is part of the rendered page. We aren't going to support the ability of something outside the sandbox (KIS) to manipulate processes running in the sandbox (firefox) in this manner.
