Can't open web pages in my Win 10 File Explorer Favorites

Like everyone else, I encountered the problem with the bad Windows update that prevented me from opening File Explorer. I just installed SBIE 5.04 32/64 over top of 5.02 Beta, after reading that the issue had been fixed in later versions. I can in fact open Explorer now, but when I try to open a page from Explorer > Documents > Favorites, nothing happens. Suggestions?

Windows 10 64 bit
Browser Default set to Chrome
Windows defender and firewall.
