Sandbox on different drives?

I was wondering if you can somehow run sandboxes on different drives within the same sandboxie? Currently I have my sandboxie set up on E: drive, but it's starting to run a little low on space. So the question is if I can create a sandbox and tell it to use drive F: to store it on instead(while keeping the other sandboxes on E: )? I went through the options in the program but couldn't find anything on first glance. I'm sure someone knows if it's possible or not Thanks!

You only need to add the one line that's shown in bold, with the letter F in place of X, in the example:
FileRootPath=F:\Sandbox\%SANDBOX%
