A software is failed to register when run in sandboxie

when a software is run in sandboxie, it reminds to supply the register code of the software. after I supply the register code sucessfully, and start the software,it reminds to supply the register code again.
It seems the register process is unsucessfull all through.I use the most updated version of sandboxie,and the softerware can be registered sucessfully in XP.
what's setting in sandboxie I need to register the software sucessfully? help!
