Problem with win 10 and Fox News.com

I have been having this problem in sandboxie when I go to Fox News.com and I only will use Vivaldi or Chrome web browser. Here is what I get

I can just click it and get rid of it but it keep coming back when I change stories, and since it is in the middle of my screen it is very annoying to me. How can I get rid of it?

I am not able to repro your issue on Windows 10 x64 FCU + Chrome v62.

Can you please provide the required information so that I Can test this scenario?

Also, have you tried a new Sandbox with default settings?
Another thing is to click the "Hide" button, instead of "Close", which will keep the message from appearing.

You can Hide it as Barb suggested. I used to hide one of those 2203 messages for a video player in my old XP, it worked. The player worked just fine and the message did not appear again.
