sandboxie stopped working

sandboxie stopped working - will not load any web pages with CHROME ... running win7 prof 64 - sandboxie 3.52 upgraded to 4.12 - neither SB version will work!
uninstalled using windows uninstaller - deleted ini - thats about as clean an uninstall as i know to do .... CHROME works just fine outside the sandbox. making a new box doesnt help. the error messesage range from "web page unavailable" to "page unresposive" to the stock chrome idenifier that says "oops check your address". ill repeat chrome works just fine without the sandbox. IE works just fine as well - just wont work in the box . i see lots of requests for help on this same issue but no answers !!!! i ask - whats going on ??? anyone have any help ???
