The Rpcss service does not start with version 4.01.08

Hello,
with the latest version 4.01.08 I have this fault when I run my browser sandbox
"can not start the Rpcss Service (1309) SBIE 2204"
yet my browser launches

Win 7 64Bits

Try un-checking "Drop-Rights".
