Full Access for a directory, except for a few files

I would like to grant full file access to a certain directory, except for one file in that directory. Now I have to list all the fully accessable files in the Resource Access -> File Access -> Full Access window except for the only one that requires sandbox control. Even with using wildcards it is a cumbersome work. If the contents of the directory change from outside (more files added) I want to have full access for them too automatically. So I think a Full Access Exclusion list would be a solution for that. So that every file or directory listed there would be excluded from the Full Access list.
