[.04] SUBST drive1: /D takes [drive2] away

Tested: Sandboxie/4.05.02 (Windows 8; 64-bit) (Windows 7; 32-bit)

Sandbox
Run Windows Explorer

Outside
Associate a path with a drive letter: (important to provide NO path but a trailing backslash for drive2)

SUBST A: C:\

(warning: Save your work!)
Delete the substituted drive:

SUBST A: /D

Sandbox
Try Run Windows Explorer
0xc0000034

Passed: Sandboxie/4.05.04 (Windows 8; 64-bit) (Windows 7; 32-bit)

Before and after tests indicate as much, that it is fixed with 4.05.04.
