Hexchat: SBIE2101 Object name not found: , error OpenProcess (C0000022) access=001FFFFF initialized=1

Greetings! I've installed Hexchat outside of Sandboxie and whenever I attempt to start it inside Sandboxie, I get this lovely message:

SBIE2101 Object name not found: , error OpenProcess (C0000022) access=001FFFFF initialized=1

Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.

Windows 10 Pro N 64-bit
Latest Sandboxie beta
Latest Hexchat
No Antivirus, but I'm running Simple Software Restriction Policies but I doubt that's it since I've tried running Hexchat with it completely disabled.

This is what Resource Access Monitor shows when I try to start Hexchat in an empty sandbox:

This issue seems to have been going on for a while.

Regarding the error you are reporting, I can only see it if I open WilCls * . Otherwise, it doesn't error out, but it doesn't work either., it tries to load the session and crashes.

I'll make the devs aware.

I also have this problem, Sandboxie was working since July 2016. Now it won't.

Uninstalled/reinstalled Sandboxie, no help
Switched from Chrome to FireFox, no help
Checked incompatible program list, no help
Deleted contents from SB menu, no help

Running Windows 10, Ghostery, HttpsEverywhere, Windows Defender. Everything is up-to-date.

The only thing I can think of is
- Downloaded podcast using Sandboxie
- SB wouldn't recover my file
- Downloaded same podcast to same destination using different browser, overwriting existing
- Maybe Sandboxie got confused
