1. How about sharing the same single sandbox isntead?

2. There're many ways to do it. The simplest for your is running as host (out of sandbox).

3. SBIE is lightweight per-application sandbox, not for systems or even machines.
So, you'd rather use VirtualBOX, WMWare, Virtual PC and so on.
