How will i configure Sandboxie to run only in my webbrowser and not in Windowsprograms

Just use the shortcut that Sandboxie puts on the Desktop, to run your browser sandboxed, and don't do anything else that specifically uses Sandboxie.
Meaning, don't choose to intentionally run anything else sandboxed - and nothing else will run sandboxed.

If your sandboxed browser starts some other program, such as Windows Media Player or perhaps a .pdf reader, etc, then that program will also run sandboxed until you close it.
A sandboxed program that starts another program will always start it sandboxed, in that instance.
