IE and Firefox not running sandboxed

If I try and start IE or Firefox the programmes start but cannot connect to their home pages. OE runs OK sandboxed.

OS is XP SP2, AVG AV with firewall, Adaware Ad-Watch and Spybot Teatimer.

I must be doing something stupid or have not done something which I should have done.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Allow C:\PROGRAM FILES\SANDBOXIE\START.EXE in your firewall settings and see how you go.
