McAfee Firewall - Unable to launch IE and Windows Explorer[SOLVED]

UN-****ing believable!

Tried the "Restore Defaults" button for McAfee firewall (not that I ever changed them) and everything works again. Those rules for IE were always there, so I don't know what changed. Probably something lurking behind the scenes.

Anyway, thanks for all the effort. Lots of wasted time if the solution was that trivial.
