undeletable files and folders

the dll problem is solved, but another one pops up...

since a day or two im getting unremovable files and or folders in my sandbox...

the path is not too long, no strange characters are used... the files are not in-use, i cant delete in safe mode, i cant rename, i cant move, i cant remove with hirens bootcd, all i get is "access denied" (some folders/files can be moved/renamed but not delete)

i also tried to regain ownership and put rights back (they are already correct but i thought resetting would help... guess what? access denied!)

what the hell is this? :S

i have this on 3 pc's now two XP machines and one server 2003.

on my server machine sandboxie is unusable because defaultbox/drive/c is completely locked...

i didn't do something strange, just surf the web and did some chatting...

oh i also tried checkdisk, found nothing wrong

(sry if i sound a little on edge, but i use sandboxie to get rid of all the crap... not to get it pinned down on my system)

Are you sure this is a Sandboxie problem? I mean, sure the problem might be with sandboxie, but i dont think its caused by sandboxie, for example, you tried deleting it in safe mode and it didnt work, neither did using the Hirens boot cd, both of which dont launch/run/use/communicate with sandboxie. Now why its doing that, i have no clue, but it has to be something unrelated to sandboxie. How about Unlocker? If you run unlocker on that folder, does it show any "threads" that are using that path?

i just fixed my server in safe mode...
but the others remain a problem... it almost seems like sandboxie wrote some strange file/folder attributes...

unlocker doesnt work either

i realy dont know how to get rid of those files and folders

I have some software that is free you can use it will delete the selected files while your computer is rebooting pm me your email and Ill send it to you. This happens to me sometimes as well.

I have this happen all the time, the fix is to Cut the folder and paste it somewhere else, like your desktop.. then delete it.
