keylogger_box_separation

Hi,
I've just tested a simple keylogger that I wrote myself in c#. When I run the keylogger in sandbox A it logs all keys pressed in sandboxes B, C, E ...
I have just two questions:
1) Have you ever considered implementing sandbox separation and when not, then why isn't it feasible? (too many resources?)
2) Is there a way to set up a 'very safe sandbox' with very restrictive settings and if yes then how to do it? {I'd be very grateful i you could point me to the respective post on the forum }
