Sandboxie crashing on startup

As soon as I load up Sandboxie it immediately crashes....but when I look at the task manager it lists SandboxieServer.exe but there is no tray icon.

Any ideas??


Software/Processes running:
Windows XP Pro -with all latest patches
Avast Proffessional (anti-virus)
Logitech Setpoint (mouse setup)
Windows Firewall -disabled
Firefox 2.0



Hardware Environment:
Intel Core 2 Extreme Duo Processor X6800 (2x 2.93GHz/4MB L2 Cache/1066FSB)

Motherboard ( Asus P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe w/7.1 Sound, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MB )

Memory ( 2048MB [1024MB X2] DDR2-800 PC6400 Memory Module

Video Cards ( ==[Quad-SLI]== 2x Nvidia Geforce 7950GX2 1GB w/DVI + TV Out Video )

Creative Soundblaster X-Fi

Wow it took some time but it turned out to be a service that was running in the background that killed it....I have no idea which one it was because I disabled about ten of them at once.

This isn't meant as spam but as a help for anyone else who may have had the same issue I had..

I went through all the services in this list and disabled quite a few of them.

Now sandboxie works like a charm!!
