Unable to delete contents

Click and Clean and History Eraser extension added to Chrome
Google Chrome (latest Version)
I am getting the system error code 5 and some of the others and the only thing i see when showing "what is sandboxed" is the Reghive .I am able to rebbot and get it to delete contents ,I also have automatic deletion checked but now I have to manually delete.I have tried to uncheck autodelete and go out of sandboxie and then reopen and recheck still no luck on the autodelete.

Yes had already read this and turned off fast start.I could shut down and restart machine and delete contents before disabling fast start so no change there.Last night as an experiment I turned off machine machine and monitor sleep mode and set it up to use screensaver mode,this morning you could still delete things out of sandboxie.The automatic deletion is still not working but can manually delete.I have 2 machine basically set up the same way and this problem is on both machines.Seems like part of the problem was solved by turning off machine and monitor sleep mode,and using screensaver mode.I should also point out that I had upgraded to the newest Beta version of Sandboxie and it didn't help.
