Firefox Titlebar Not Correct Unless Run From Command Line [SOLVED]

When I attempt to run Firefox by clicking on it in the "C:\Sandbox\User\Sandbox\..." folder, the background of the titlebar/tab area is grey instead of the normal blue. If I attempt to start Firefox by using "Start.exe", I also see a grey background instead of blue.

However, if I start a command line inside of the sandbox, then navigate to the Firefox folder and launch it from there, the titlebar is the correct color. It must be the first window that is launched. If a window is launched that has the grey window, then even if I launch it from cmd, it will be grey. If, however, the first firefox window is launched from cmd, then it will be blue. Any idea how to make it always be blue?

Sometimes changing the theme fixes the issue.

Here's an alternative solution.

I created a "Start Firefox.cmd" batch file with the following code:

Code: Select all

cd /
cd "program files"
cd "mozilla firefox"
start firefox.exe

For whatever reason, just specifying the full path\firefox.exe did NOT work. Could probably rewrite to use only one cd command, though.

Now I've updated my shortcuts to the following target:

Code: Select all

"C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" /box:Firefox cmd /c ""path\to\start firefox.cmd""

Also, make sure to blank out the "Start in" path.
