Move sandboxie.ini

Is it possible to move the location of sandboxie.ini from %WINDIR%?

I would prefer to keep the settings in a different directory for easy backing up, and so that I don't forget about it when I reinstall Windows.

I've looked through the command line parameters but can't see anything there.
