How to sandbox Toggl Desktop?

I use a time tracking app called Toggl

It installs in appdata, and syncs with the online data base. It doesn't install in programs folder, they say on the website this is because it would need admin privileges.

Anyways, I tried creating a sandbox for it, and installing it there, but I couldn't get it to run. Any advice? I get a SBIE error that toggl.exe failed to run.
