Trying to copy sandbox to a different computer

I am currently trying to use the solution posted here: http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopi ... 9196#19196

to make a copy of a sandbox. I want to use the same sandbox on multiple computers. When the xcopy starts it fails at reghive:
\\process_01\c$\Sandbox\Administrator\DefaultBox\DONT-USE.TXT
\\process_01\c$\Sandbox\Administrator\DefaultBox\RegHive
Sharing violation

What am I doing wrong? Or is there a different way to migrate a sandbox to multiple machines?

Are you trying to copy a sandbox that's in use?
Why not just use Windows Explorer to "Copy" the sandbox folder, and then "Paste" it somewhere else?
I don't mean the main Container folder, like "C:\Sandbox", but a sandbox like "DefaultBox".
Sometimes people will zip a copy of the sandbox, to save a copy.

To the best of my knowledge it is "not in use" I have killed all the processes related to sandboxie and any sandboxed programs inside the sandbox. Thank you for the response... Any other ideas?

I apologize greatly. There was one little rogue proces still running in the sandbox. I used terminate programs by right clicking on the sandbox from the Sandboxie Control window and then tried the xcopy and it worked fine. How would I transfer settings like Direct Access and Full Access to the other computer also? Is it stored in an ini or something? Thank you again for your assistance.
