Sandboxie Support

Hallo,
I have old verison of licence key (lifetime licence by tzuk). Yerstaday I reisntelled my comp and now I am not able to add my old licence becouse key is "short" and licence server does know my key. I have to write to mr. Tzuk (tzuk@snadboxie.com) to get new licence key but this email address is not valid.

How can I get new lifetime licence key? Old users are entitled to receive it.

Any ideas?
