Specify border sides

Hello,

Currently the border option only has one choice to show border on all 4 sides (top, bottom, left, right).

It would helpful if user could choose each border side individually to enable or disable. For example user could set to just show top border to mark window.

I don't really see the point of just showing the colored border on one side of a window...?
I personally don't use the border settings, but isn't the point of the setting to enable you to immediately see which windows are sandboxed and which aren't?

Well then by only coloring one side, you're minimizing the visibility of whether a window is sandboxed or not. It just seems backwards to me.
But either way, I don't think its a top priority for tzuk at the moment.

The point is that user would want to have border as marker that app is sandboxed but full border is too distracting. Thus being able to set custom border (such as only the top side) instead of all 4 would be useful.

This would be a simple yet useful option

Perhaps change the color to something less distracting?
