Question about Window Access

Hi. So, I've been using sandboxie with a screen-capturing program and in order to use this application's hotkeys, I've been adding * to the Window Access settings.

What I've been trying to figure out is how to enable this for only the program I want, rather than all programs.

When I add the program so that "The list below applies to" my program, and add the * there, it doesn't work; It only works if the * is added to the All Programs list.

And one more question: Is it possible to stop my browser from opening in the sandbox when I click on links in a sandboxed program? Thanks a lot!
