SBIE2331 Service start failed (null)

I keep getting the same error message "SBIE2331 Service start failed (null)" followed by "The sandboxie driver (sbiedrv) is not avaliable to sandbox programs. Make sure both the driver and Sandboxie service (sbiesvc) have started successfully." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the lastest version of sandboxie a million times and keep getting the same message. I have restarted my computer countless times as well.

Look in the Windows system event log for msgs detailing why SbieDrv fails to start.

Same problem here. The problem started with new version of SB (5.24). Version 5.23BETA works fine! I was reinstalled 5.24 ten times and problem with sbie driver persists...
System is Windows 7 x64
