sandboxie don't start

Hello, I am sorry for my bad english, i comes from germany!

I have a Problem with Sandboxie.
I had buy them before some weeks. Everything was ok but yesterday, I tried to start a programm with sandboxie twice and then they never open it. So I upgraded sandboxie, started the computer again but same problem. Everyday when i started Sandboxie, they was never a hook in "Then a UAC Administrator starting". I can't do the hook outside this field. I don't know why. But it's really uncool, because I need more programms together on my PC. So i hope you can help me......
Ah, and when I klick of the programm and klick of "In sandbox starting" there happen also nothing. So Sandboxie don't startet twice. It's loading in Sandboxie control but then the 2nd. window never open.

What program are you attempting to run?
Do you have Drop Rights enabled in Sandboxie?
What version of Sandboxie?

I am the Admin of this computer, so I think I have drop rights.

We recommend, as for most games...that the Game be INSTALLED on your host machine...then right click on the game icon after it's installed, and select "run as sandboxed."

Installing directly into a sandbox may not work for this game.

I can't find "Drop Rights"...
I have open Sandboxie Control but I can't find "Drop Rights".
"run as sandboxed." - So i have everyday open the game twice. But now he has been open and then they is hanging of again...

I have found it, the hoke on "UAC Admin" was out but the programm don't start.

I don't know... I don't change any setting in Sandbox...

You can try deleting the contents of your sandbox. Or create a new, fresh sandbox and attempt to run the game "as sandboxed" in the new one.

How is the game installed? On your Computer? Or directly into Sandboxie?

The game is installed on my computer.

I have make a new Sandbox - but same problem.
They start, when i klick "START", the homescreen from the game is there and then they haning of.

A friend of me has the same problem like me. They start then UAC - Administrator and the they load 30 minutes or more and then she can play it in sandboxie.

That's no good support I think. In another forum you get an answer after 1 day and then the problem is solved and here nobody are interested to solve the problem.

We've asked you questions. You really haven't given us any more ideas. If it's greyed out, You have DROP RIGHTS enabled in SBIE. You need to adjust that accordingly and confirm it's off.

@Bo is an expert with SBIE, and he's attempted to help (and he does this out of good will..)

I'll remind you, Support is not guaranteed at any level. Either in the shareware version or Registered. That's clear on the sandboxie website. Please do not compare forums and programs. That will not make any one help you any faster.

If drop rights are "grayed out" then you need to research the settings on your machine (SBIE, etc) and Windows UAC.

PLUS, not ALL programs, Especially games CAN BE run within a sandbox. Either installed directly or run as sandboxed. If your "friend" has it working, research their Windows, UAC and sandbox settings. Make sure the hardware is similar as well. A game on PC#1 may work in a sandbox, but not on PC#2 for various reasons, (hardware, settings, etc.)

Anyway: It looks like all you need to do is go into Sandbox Settings > Restrictions > Drop Rights and clear the checkbox. DId you do this????????

I probably have the same issue.
I’ve installed Sandboxie in windows 10, 64 bit.
I had it working for about one week. After that it’s no longer working.
I can’t remember that I have installed any new programs or changed any config.
I have installed comodo firewall. But I did that before I installed Sandboxie.

I then decide to completely reinstall my computer (format HD) and installed all my programs again.
After that Sandboxie was working one or two days. And then the same…
Now sandboxie doesn’t run my programs…

I don’t get any failure or messages, sandboxie just doesn’t start my programs.
I have checked so the service is running, I have restarted my computer but nothing is happening.
Sandboxie starts, but when I try to start “Run Web browser” or “Run any program” nothing happening…
I've tried to install 5.07 beta 2 but its the same...

So what to do?
