SBIE 2101 & SBIE 2314 the same time [SOLVED]

Windows version: Win7 64;
Sandboxie version: v5.22 (64-bit);
Apps failed to run in sandbox: all the apps installed, even web browsers;
No antivirus softwares installed;

Error Messages (when trying to run LINE in the sandbox):
SBIE2101 OpenSection (C0000022) access=0000000F initialized=0
SBIE2314 Canceling process Start.exe [5592 / 7]

What could the problem be?
