Hi, i think my sandboxie.ini file is corrupted

Hi, i am having trouble getting my ini to work. I have been updating from previous versions as far back as from 3.45 to the latest 3.54 version and never really had any problems with the sandboxie.ini file til now.

After updating to version 3.54 and reloading my old .ini file things worked normally. However, i am unable to edit certain sandboxes. If i do, it seems to mess up my other sandboxes and it will restrict the other box from being able to load up the application i want. This post will be kinda long, but i will try to keep it simple. Here is my old ini setup. I will leave out a few of the info from the other sandboxes as it will take up a lot of space and might make things confusing.

The two sandboxes i am having trouble with is called messenger and the other is messenger1. The first messenger sandbox automatically loads messenger in a forced box when my pc boots up. With the messenger1 box i am able to load up my other messenger account if i right click on messenger and force it to run in messenger1.

So with the old ini setup above all my sandboxes work fine. However once i try to change some of the settings in the messenger sandbox, it will change and mess up the ini settings for my other messenger1 sandbox and i will no longer be able to run any other apps through the messenger1 box because of some restrictions even though i never changed no settings for that box.

When i go to the messenger sandbox and go to the Restrictions Start/Run area and remove
dllhost.exe,rundll32.exe,silverlight.configuration.exe,agcp.exe. I will no longer be able to RUN a application through the Messenger1 sandbox.

Could anyone please help me figure this out? TIA.

At first glace nothing jumps out except you have the same two processes forced to both messenger boxes. That's not going to work.

Hmmmm yah, i see what you mean, i have both sandboxes forced to run those applications, lol, but the funny thing is it still works untill i try to change the sandbox. I must have had that setting for a while. Whenever i restart my pc messenger automatically will load up my first messenger sandbox, even though i have both boxes forced.

I Finally fixed my INI or it seems to be working for so far. I just moved the process that were at the top to the sandboxes where they belonged. Sandboxie configured the settings i posted earlier. I made these changes in order to get it working.

This was placed under the messenger1 sandbox

Also when i go to the messenger in the Program Groups I have "internetaccess" selected and i allow iexplorer.exe, msnmsgr.exe, wlcomm.exe, and for "StartRunAccess" i have iexplorer.exe, msnmsgr.exe, wlcomm.exe.

However in my messenger1 setting under Program Groups i have "InternetAccess_Messenger" and i allow iexplorer.exe, msnmsgr.exe, wlcomm.exe and for "StartRunAccess_Messenger i have the same process as above, so what is the difference between "internetaccess" and "InternetAccess_Messenger", since they both seem to be working. I am able to run messenger through both of them, however the first box always gets forced to load up messenger and the second box requires me to rightclick and run the messenger program in order for it to load. Does any of these settings effect security?

I scrolled through the post and see that you have made some changes to your configuration file.
Although I haven't spent a lot of time on this, I did note that an = sign seems to be missing from the above line.

Ahhh yah that was just a typo on my end here in the INI file it has the = sign. The only real changes i did was instead of having the processgroups at the very top of the ini file under [GlobalSettings], i just moved those processgroups to the sandboxes they belonged to which was messenger1 and outlook. Also removed a few of the processes i allowed earlier in the restrictions start/run area.
