Firefox Silent Update and Sandboxie

With the latest version of Firefox, updates can now happen silently, with the Mozilla Maintenance Service. My question is what will happen if an update happen if I am running Firefox Sandboxed? Will my Firefox installation happen outside the sandbox? or inside the sandbox? Or the update will not happen and I should run Firefox unsandboxed?

Don't worry, if Firefox updates automatically when running sandboxed, the update will not stick as SBIE don't allow Firefox to update in the sandbox. Delete the sandbox and do the update out of the sandbox.
