5.11 and Teamviewer 11

Post by BilleBarrett » Sat May 21, 2016 9:32 am

I upgraded to 5.8.11
I have a remote monitoring and remediation service MAxFocus
I use Teamviewer to access my clients to do updates, (Version 11), when I start the transfer procedure it hangs.
I have gone out of Sandboxie and tried the same thing and I have not problem
I have ever change profiles just in case I screwed something up in the default profile
I just tested it using ie 11 in the sandbox the remote site allow me to select where I want to send a update, but the local site hangs
Is there anything I should be doing
If I use my remote monitoring outside of the sandbox everything work great
this only happened when I upgrade to 8.11

This isn't something we test.
However, does it work with v5.10 (stable) or Beta 5.11.7?
Have you tried running it in a new sandbox?

Yes I tried to create a new profile and it still does it,
I'm think it is a problem with Teamviewer and Chrome, I'll keep using it until I figure it out.

I'll take a look at it on Monday as well. I know it's a fairly common program for our users.
