registry entries on sandbox

Hi there,
I am new to sandboxie but I've prior knowledge on thinstall.
I would like to know how one would force a software in sandbox to read certain registry keys or a .reg file that don't exist in the unsandboxed system.

When a software is installed with sandbox, I believe the registry keys associated with it are written into RegHive file which is obviously encoded or whatever..not easily changeable..
I would like to add certain registry keys so when I run the software it'll read the keys..

is this possible? it was very easy on thinstall, I just want to be able to do it on sandboxie

Sandbox a Windows Explorer instance and then double-click the .reg file. That will import the file into the sandboxed's registry.
