Printer will not work...does not install???

I am running Win 10 64 bit
Sandboxie 5.01.7 (64-bit)
Firefox 40.0.2
Malware bytes

I have a brother mfc printer, but when I go to print something from the browser it says that I need to install the printer so I press yes when it asks me if I want to install it now. The window goes away and nothing else happens. no windows no nothing and I still can't print. I can't seem to figure out how to make it work. Any help?
