Updated Chrome does not launch with SB beta 5.05.1

Today I've updated Chrome to version 46.0.2490.71m and can't launch it with SB 5.05.1. I should also add that before updating Chrome I had updated Windows with the monthly updates (Tuesdays updates). I wonder whether Chrome's or Windows' updates are responsible for the issue.
Windows 8 (64 bit), SB beta 5.05.1

After Windows update and using SB Beta 5.05.1 Chrome stop being able to display any web sites. Added some information that I was getting.
