can't run chrome in sandboxie with extensions [SOLVED]

I have new windows install and for some reason after installing sandboxie on windows 10, when I run it, it opens up in sandboxie without its settings or extensions. I must be missing something, what am I doing wrong?

Sounds strange to happen with a brand new Sandboxie installation. But, if the sandbox contains content, delete it and run Chrome in it again. If that doesn't work, create a new sandbox and leave settings on default. Then test running Chrome in it.

Even weirder is nowwhen I tried to reinstall, on a fresh installed windows, I coudln't load any browser in the sandbox just nothing would happen. And if I clicked the default sandboxed webbrowser icon on desktop it would say invalid name parameter default, or something like that.

So i just created a new sandbox named it something else and now chrome is loading, but it doesn't have the yellow border around here, i'm not even sure its really sandboxed?

restarted pc and now I can see the yellow border. tks again.
