Core usage

Does Sandboxie benefits from more Clock Speed or more Cores?
Or does it depend on the Software that i want to use inside a sandbox?

The Thread that you provided covers only Ram Disks / Drive Speed - correct me if iam wrong.

The answer is basically "yes to all". Programs will run faster with better hardware, etc..
