Can't Connect to internet

I am running multiple instances of the telegram app simultaneously through Sandboxie. The first instance can open and connect, but any others I open at the same time, will open independently but will not connect to the internet. I am running windows 10, and Sandboxie 5.22. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Which version of Telegram are you running?
Is there any error message involved?
Are you using any antivirus software?
What's your OS version, 64 or 32 bit? FCU? CU?

Please provide repro steps so that I can test this.
