Hello,
I've been using Sandboxie for years and I'm very satisfied with that small programme.
I always run the Browser and the Emailprogramm in the Sandboxie and I'm considering at the moment if the Sandboxie protects from all kinds of drive-by downloads. I only mean the threat, when you surf the web an visit prepared/infected websites.
Can I rely 100% on the Sandboxie ?
Thanks Kai
is the sandboxie bomb-proof?
Not many virus makers really care about dealing with Sandboxie or something similar in most cases the virus will just say it cannot be used in a sandbox with an error message and request the person run it outside the sandbox.CrazyFool wrote:The risk of getting struck by lightning is higher than the chance of getting a virus with Sandboxie. So, have you ever been struck by lightning?
A lot of legitimate applications also ask to be run outside the sandbox and wont work otherwise.....
