Count not instrument service functions

At first I could not run Firefox but other people told me they were having the same problem. That it would say it started but not show up sandboxed so I ignored it.

Now Sandboxie won't begin at all. "Could not instrument service functions."

I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I tried the version for Windows 10 (though I'm on Windows 8.1) yet I keep getting the same message after it gets past loading "Could not instrument service functions."

My anti-verise is AVG and it has never had trouble with Sandboxie before. And I never had any problem like this before. I don't know what to do.

Disable AVG. FF v39 up v40.0.2 works just fine in SBIE. Did you install FF in the sandbox or are you running it as your default browser / right click run as sandboxed?
