CSGO - VAC Blocking Issue

Hi,Everyone i follow all CSGO related post daily on this forum.i am facing these issues from the same time and date like everyone else.

Current Situation : I am running 2 CSGO on Sandboxie and 1 non-sandboxie/main steam on same pc which makes it 3 CSGO on 1 PC.Previously i was running 7 CSGO accounts on the same PC.As soon as i open 3rd sandboxie CSGO it gives me this Error "your connection to matchmaking servers is not reliable".

What i have Tried :
1.Tried 2 Different Network Cards (Intel and Killer).
2.Tried adding Ports in lauch option and ini.
3.Reinstalled Windows 7,8.1,10 back to Windows 7 ultimate.
4.Reinstalled Sandboxie
5. Verify Game Cache
6.Did all steps listed by valve even made a .bat file for quick Access.

After trying all this the issue still exist.

PC Details :
Picture added as attachment.Quick info : Windows 7 ultimate Service pack 1 Cpu : i7 4770k RAm-8GB HDD : 2TB.
Sandboxie Version : 5.14 Premium.

Note : i have Plans of buying Sanboxie for lifetime since it make me money Secondly wanted to buy 8GB Rams.It seems due to these issues i have to keep both plans on hold.request everyone to help and respond on how to fix this.

What do we need to see your thread for? Can you please keep your posts relevant to the topic in this thread. While our two problems MAY have similar causes on Valve's backend, they aren't the same problem, and there's no need to continuously link your thread here. They are both visible at the top of the sandboxie forums. This is the 2nd or 3rd time you've linked your thread in this thread, it's not necessary.

If you read properly he actually posted regarding "...connection to matchmaking servers is not reliable" which is exactly what I'm experiencing and is related to my topic, hence why I've linked it and is why he should post there instead.

Your topic is about your VAC blocking issue which is not what he is experiencing so is irrelevant to this topic.

This is only the second time I've linked to my topic in this thread.

After more testing I receive the VAC blocking error after a few minutes when I also get the error "your connection to matchmaking servers is not reliable" when trying to join competitive matchmaking.

Can you try to create a competitive matchmaking lobby, press GO and see if you get an error?

Sandboxie hasn't been modified since this problem started and we asked if the issue was happening when launching 1 instance of CSGO. Can somebody please confirm this?
Does it happen on every sever? (Again, with 1 session only). Are you using multiple accounts and some are getting the issue and some not?

We tested it yesterday and did not experience issues with 1 instance as spectator. Any updates will be helpful.

If you are unable to run multiple instances, please reach out to VALVE / Steam Forums to find out what has changed with the VAC system - if anything-.

Over the past few days I've tested with Windows 7, 8, and 10....all of them currently still have the VAC blocking issue if you have 2 or more instances of CS:GO running.

1 non-sandboxed CSGO works. 1 sandboxed CSGO works. 1 non + 1 or 2 boxed will VAC error anytime between 5 minutes and 3 hours. 1 non + 3 or more boxed will VAC error within minutes. This is, of course, just the results of testing on my end, it may or may not be slightly different for each person. Testing on 3 PC's with 3 different OS. Also, each PC has a unique IP address using a VPN.

Interesting results but it seems like a lot of people say that it works fine on windows 8.1. I will try it and post results here.

Yeah actually I wanted to follow up on my previous statement. I installed Windows 8 on 1 PC this morning. The very first time I launched all my Sandboxes on that PC, within about 30 seconds one account got hit with the VAC error, so I closed them all to re-validate the main one. Since then, so far no errors at all running 5 total CS:GO's, 4 of which are sandboxed. I'm going to install Windows 8 on another PC here shortly and see how it goes.
