moving sandboxes to another drive?

Hi, in the settings it says sanboxie recommends deleting all the contents of a sandbox before moving.. but can I do this without deleting? I have a lot of programs inside one sandbox that I cant delete and would like to just move it to another drive if possible. Any advice how to make this work correctly?
