exe file created outside of sandbox

Hi,

I installed utorrent inside sandbox, and while was running installer, I checked install utorrent toolbar. And after that bitdefender blocked a tmp.exe file in this location

C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Temp\uttCB70.tmp.exe

The file name is random each time, but every time bitdefender blocks it.

I though everything runs inside sandbox must be inside sandbox, why can utorrent create a exe file outside sandbox?

My system: Win7 32bit, Sandboxie 3.76 32bit
