deny sb applications from accessing another app in the sb

Not sure if this is possible but is there anyway to implement making a sandbox application invisible to other applications in the same sandbox? (kinda like how it is to programs running outside of the sandbox, or another sandbox) just inside the same box ,

i need to run this application twice but somehow it detects it running under the same sandbox so i end up having to run it under a few sandboxes to get what i want, so i thought itd be kindof neat to have a way to block access to the process inside of the same sandbox
