problem in win 10 , with 5.01x

in win 10 , with 5.01x
some software , some text dose not display

such as " .NET Reflector 7.7.0.236", "Tencent QQ"

same problem here.
TDX trading platform encounts same problem besides tencent qq

Font issue w/ Win10 and SBIE. Shows up alot in FF and IE. Chrome is immune.
